Qualifying for Kinetic Construction Financing is straightforward. We require an active construction account with a one-time account opening fee of Kes. 20,000. Applicants must provide a clean, non-encumbered title deed to serve as security for the loan duration.

Once your 30% deposit is confirmed based on the professional Bill of Quantities (BoQ), our team mobilizes resources to the site. Our fees are transparent, including a 3% loan processing fee and a 1% annual credit life insurance fee applied to the outstanding balance.
