The summary of this function is described as an achiever of sales volumes, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory, and/or market segment by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services. He or she personally contacts and secures new business accounts or customers.
• Markets products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Achieves the set targets for the particular region together with his team.
1. Sell our products and services and ensures that we penetrate in the market
2. Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services.
3. Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints to his/her supervisor with a view of providing a solution to the customer.
4. Participates in trade shows and conventions of the company when called upon.
• A diploma in Sales and marketing with at least 2 years selling experience in a service industry.
• Ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
• Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to report orally and write reports on customer needs or problems, interests and competitive activities.
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outgoing with the passion to sell in any environment
